important: the maximum time i have to complete the work is 3 months. i don't take comms with a deadline and i don't offer a deadline either, since i don't work well with short deadlines.

1. i work on commissions based on inspiration and motivation. maybe i'll take too long because of this, but i haven't forgotten you. feel free to message me about it anytime. check my trello for information about your commission's progress.2. i don't start on commissions until payment is given. i do not accept refunds, unless i haven't started. refund may take time, since my country automatically converts the money. i really appreciate your patience.3. i'll send you screenshots of the work in progress by steps. i usually only send it + updates when i start doing it. be sure on the details of your order and make it very clear when you approve it. all approvals are final. if you ask for approved steps to be redone in large scale, you'll have to pay a fee.4. if there are any mistakes in the art done for you, let me know and i will fix them. (note: fixing a mistake =/= the right to ask for me to redo things in large scale)5. the price may vary depending on the complexity of details, design and amount of characters.6. i maintain copyright to my art. therefore, i'm free to post completed commissions on other sites or using the image as an example for sales or self-promotion. if you don't want it, let me know in advance.7. i try my best to provide clear questions about details and how you want it, since i really need to make sure that the step or the final product has been approved. i am not responsible for delays in your order caused by a lack of proper answer to those questions.

Q1. how long do you usually take to finish a commission?

from the moment you pay for it, i no longer have relation with the character.
the character's rights are now yours.i usually do not track designs and what happens to them. so be careful if you sell it to people outside toyhouse. i do not recommend, but i will not intervene. i will act only if my art or/and design is being used for purposes that i have prohibited; which can make me aware of you, and your carelessness.

the only rules are:

1. do not erase my credit from the initial design and it's idea, as it will be the basis for possible reconstruction of the character in the future.2. do not promote any kind of hate speech and do not associate it, me or my art with some illegal disgusting thing, you can be blacklisted if you do so.3. please do not use any of my content or designs created by me as NFT (non-fungible token) or in some AI (artificial intelligence) thing. do not associate me and my stuff with that kind of thing. this is a solid rule. you can be permanently blacklisted if you do so.

going to resell it?

i usually put in ownership the price i sold it for and art quantity the character have at the moment. i cannot and i will not change it. so:1. write down the current price and art quantity somewhere so the next owner doesn't get lost. of course based on how many drawings this character have, including art quality and especially how much you spent on commissions.2. if it doesn't have extra art or something like that after having a new owner, do not resell it more expensive than it used to be. arts from dollmakers like picrew and similar should not be added to the total price. free art (gift) doesn't count either.note: characters and designs made by me on toyhouse with outdated terms of use (can be found in ownership), are not under new terms. with the exception of the global rules i have.

A. pre-made and custom: yes. any commercial use of the design i made is ok.
